3-9x40 is a great choice for driven hunts, stalking in forested timber, tree stands, and with a top end of 9x, pushing the ethical range from intermediate to fairly long distances.

Burris has three different 3-9x40 Fullfield II scopes:

200161 features a simpler, classic Plex reticle.

200162 and 200169 both use the Ballistic Plex reticle, which provides more information to the shooter. 

200162 is matte black and 200169 is nickel.
