The services offered through the Website by Gunstores, and products or services offered or advertised by Authorized Vendors or Sponsors, and all related communications, whether on-line or otherwise, are collectively referred to herein as “Offered Services”.

This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website for individual users (“Terms of Use”), and by accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Website. This Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use referenced herein apply to individuals who interact with Gunstores, Authorized Vendors, or Sponsors. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy and your agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

Children

Neither the Website nor any Offered Services are intended to be used by children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 is eligible to use the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information about yourself through the Website. • If you are applying for employment, your work authorization information, visa status, desired salary, academic level, employment history including salary, and any other information you include on the resume you upload to the Website. • If you are using an Offered Service, information necessary to provide the service you have requested.

Location Information. We may collect information about your location when you access or use the Website. We may collect information regarding your general location using your IP address. If you access or use the Website from a mobile device, we may collect more precise geolocation information from your mobile device. This information may be used to customize certain features of the Website and to provide you with location-based services. This information may also be used to send push notifications, which appear on the display of your mobile device in the form of a badge, alert or banner, and allow mobile applications to send information to your mobile device even when the application is not in use.
