This giveaway is open to U.S. residents who meet the following criteria:

• Must be a legal U.S. resident of one of the 50 states or D.C. (excluding NY & RI).
• Must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.
• Must be legally eligible to own a firearm.

The winner will be randomly selected on June 7, 2025 from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email and phone.

Important: The winner must:

• Pass a federal background check before claiming the firearm.
• Take possession of the firearm through a licensed FFL dealer.
• Respond within 15 days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

If the winner is unable to legally accept the prize, it will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
